What are the Sciton BBL HEROic and MOXI Lasers and Who are They For?
We are extremely excited at Noaem Skin, in Brighton and Hove, as we are now offering advanced light and laser treatments designed to elevate skin clarity, tone and texture.
Following our belief in offering only science-backed skin treatments, we have made a considerable investment in our future and now offer a laser treatment we really believe in. Our treatments will be carried out using the BBL HEROic and MOXI by Sciton, which is one of the only skin rejuvenating treatments on the market that have scientific proof of visible and deeper signs of improvement with the dermis of the skin. This testing has taken place over 12 years of hundreds of patients.
This new treatment will allow us to address pigmentation, redness and anti-ageing skin refinement. Each laser treatment is prescribed following a Discover Skin consultation and can be carried out on its own, part of a combination of the two laser treatments or as part of a personalised treatment plan combined with non-laser treatments.
What is BBL HEROic?
Sciton’s BBL HEROic is an advanced form of BroadBand Light therapy. It uses light energy to gently heat the skin and target pigmentation, redness and signs of ageing at a cellular level.
This is not a traditional “laser resurfacing” treatment. Instead, BBL HEROic works by stimulating collagen production and encouraging the skin to behave in a more youthful way over time. Studies – at Stanford School of Medicine – have shown that consistent BBL treatments can actually influence gene expression in the skin, helping it function more like younger skin.

What to Expect from a Laser Treatment
