The treatment combines several stages, each with a defined role:
Radiofrequency
TriPollar radiofrequency delivers controlled warmth beneath the surface. This can provide an immediately firmer appearance and support collagen remodelling when treatment is repeated over time.
Exfoliation and natural oxygenation
The selected OxyPod exfoliates while creating a carbon-dioxide-rich environment at the surface. This encourages haemoglobin to release oxygen more readily into the surrounding tissue through the physiological response known as the Bohr effect. Oxygen is not sprayed or forced onto the skin. The treatment works with the body’s own circulatory response.
Formulation and ultrasound
A matching serum is distributed across the skin before low-frequency ultrasound supports its application through the outer layers.
Lymphatic drainage massage
The technology-led stages are followed by a hands-on facial massage using SkinCeuticals moisturiser. Sun protection is applied before you leave.

Exo Firm includes every stage of The Noaem Oxygenation Facial with a formulation developed for skin showing more established changes in hydration and firmness.
The OxyPod contains extracellular vesicles derived from Centella asiatica, described by the manufacturer as plant-based exosomes. These remain in a dry, stabilised format until the pod is activated during treatment. The accompanying formulation includes hyaluronic acid and peptides to support hydration and leave the skin feeling replenished.
A single treatment is designed to leave the skin smoother and more supple. Regular appointments can support hydration and the appearance of firmness over time.

Results and Recovery
Immediately after treatment, the skin usually feels smoother and better hydrated. It often appears fresher and more rested. Radiofrequency can provide an immediately firmer appearance, although more sustained changes in firmness depend on repeated treatment and the wider condition of the skin.
Temporary redness can occur, particularly after a more active exfoliating protocol, but most patients return to their usual plans immediately. The Oxygenation Facial can also sit within a wider treatment plan alongside laser, microneedling or injectable skin treatments. Iki will advise on appropriate timing if you are combining treatments.
